Okay, so I was just wondering what I can do about a neighbor in my building smoking. I have a two year old and do not allow smoking around her, and it gets me mad that it is getting into mine. They are the only one smoking in the building, and they do know how I feel about smoke around my little one, and there are only 7 apartments in the building plus three other businesses downstairs. I didn't think people could smoke in an apartment building if there are business in the same building. So if anyone has some helpful suggestions that would be great!!
