I was looking for info on the website and could not find what i was looking for  
 
I was looking and looking and noticed a small button in the top hand corner called "brandon live support"i was like.....nooooo waaaaaaaay.  
 
I tried it out...wow, Within 10 seconds someone replied with a nice greeting . And answered my questions in a matter of minutes and pointed me in the right direction..
