what paper do flyers come with?

I can't remember what free paper the flyers are delevered with (usually on wednesday or thursday) But we haven't recieved ours now for two weeks and when the were being delevered they were really late, so would like to contact what ever company that is in charge of it to complain. (its not against the paper, its the delivery person, they only seem to deliver the flyers if they feel like it)
