Olympic torch relay to come through Brandon Jan 8/9 2010

The 2010 Olympics have unveiled the route that the olympic torch relay will take and Brandon looks to be an important stop on the journey....
On January 8, 2010 we're listed as an "Evening Celebration Community" (overnight stop) with January 9 being our actual official stop on the route.
What's great is that they aren't just doing the expected Winnipeg-> Brandon Hwy 1 route through Manitoba, they will take a slightly different path that will allow them to include these Westman towns as "Route communities": Minnedosa, Neepawa, Forrest, Shilo (listed as a point of interest on the route), Sioux Valley and Virden.
