I have a friend moving on this bay in the very new future. Is this area friendly? I'd really like to hear from people who have lived there or currently do. Or who live around there.
I figure it's not really any different from any other part of town. Anything can happen anywhere. As long as your friendly and keep to yourself you shouldn't have any problems anywhere!
