What is Brandon's good news story for '08

We seem to hear so much news about the bad things that happen in our City (or the westman area). Is there a good news story that stands out? If so what is it?
A couple that comes to me are:
-The Brandon Wheat Kings will host the 2009 memorial Cup.
- The continued city growth. Lots of construction and jobs.
