can we talk about your appliances ?

I have been researching for some time now on kitchen appliances
Mostly cookers or ranges.
What do you prefer to cook and prepare food on?
Gas, electric, induction. dual fuel?
What brand of appliance do you have and how would you rate them (would you buy it again?)
And how about color, do you think that stainless steel will some time be considered outdated and sooo 2000
think of those olive green and harvest gold colored kitchen work horses of the 70's
