I was told by a reliable source that the Bus Depot closes at night between Bus arrivals. I was also told that they kick out all passengers who are waiting for a bus. I was told that last week two 70 plus ladies alighted from a Bus and was waiting for another when they were told to wait in the Canada Inn. The trouble was that they had no idea where the Canada Inn was.They were picked up down Town in Sub-zero weather and taken to the Canadian Inn where they were invited to spend their time on a Chesterfield in the Lobby. My question is: Is this suitable treatment for the Bus Company Passengers, and if these passengers had suffered from Hypothermia, is the Bus company liable?
