Following the thread about the parking ticket I felt it necessary to post a concern I have with the parking meters in downtown Brandon.  
 
I work downtown and I have noticed on numerous occassions that when I put in e.x. a quarter or loonie, that sometimes the meter will not register.  
 
I am speaking about the digital ones, anyone notice this too?  
 
Not too be cheap, but if you dont notice your looking at $10-40 depending on where you parked
