I just went to the city bylaw site and under search I entered " parking on street" nothing came up in the search. My question is, if the city wants to give out these parking tickets should they not make sure all the bylaws are on their site so that anyone who moves into Brandon and check on the bylaws? Also is there a bylaw that stops a neighbor from blowing snow onto your property. My problem is, this neighbor uses his snow blower and the snow is thrown against my lower deck which is closed in, also he blows in 1 of my meters. I am worried of damages and have also had 1 of my windows broken from the last owner of this house by a rock thrown up by a snowblower. Do I have to hire a lawyer to get him to stop as I have asked him to stop but he keeps on doing it?
