Wetsman Com Home Phone Question

Okay so I have a quick question.
I am beyond exhausted. My son fell out of his bunk in the middle of the night. He is okay but we are both startled and shook up. I am so tired after all this.
They are supposed to come and install my phone this morning.... early. Any idea on how involved this is or what to expect?
