What's the difference between Canadians and Americans?
Americans fetch their gun, and Canadians.. well.. we write strongly worded letters to the editor or the owner of the establishment in question.
I forget where I heard that, but I certainly had a good laugh. It's true!
Have you ever encountered a situation where you've actually felt a burning desire to sit down and write a letter to the owner of a business or company to advise them of what an awful experience you have just had at their establishment?
If so, share your story and the result you received from the letter! I will share mine later when I have more time to type it out.
