Keystone Centre gets big dollars

Per the CKX story below, the Keystone Centre received major funding from both the City and Province yesterday that will go a long way towards helping the facility's economic situation.
Total amount being almost $15.5 million.
Included in that is:
- $2 million from the Province for capital improvements
- $557 thousand debt reduction grant
- $350 thousand/year for ten years toward expenses/debt reduction
- nearly $5 million in loan refinancing.
