I bought a Toshiba lap top from staples and was pretty happy with it until i saw black dots on my screen 2 or 3 months after i bought it. so i bring it into staples they take it for me and send it to Toshiba and they fix it and also my motherboard was broken and didn't know... they fixed that too! they take 3 months to fix it (shipping it back and forth to Winnipeg and everything) i get it back around February... two weeks ago my lap top dies and i go to plug it in and the part i plug into broke! it is now floating in my case... sadly i bring it back to staples and i get a tech named Lauryl. she phones Toshiba for me and i was told that i should get a phone call back within 3 days... 4 days later i go into staples and i talk to her again saying they didn't phone me back. again we phone and again they should phone me back. they didn't so i phoned them from home and i talk to a supervisor and he tells me that he is going to take my case to customer relations (because they think it's physical abuse) and they phone Lauryl and she explains that my lap top is in good shape and doesn't look like i abuse it ... and now they are going to pay for the work!!! i thought i was going to have to pay 300$ for it!!! staples is going to do the work and Toshiba is going to pay for it!!! I AM SOOOO HAPPPPPY! i just wanna to show my thanks to Lauryl and to staples for ALL the work they did for me! and how much work she put in to make me a happy customer. she is only going to be there for another month

but she was so great to me i had to share it with the rest of Brandon! she probably spent 2 1/2 to 3 hours on the phone for me and i would probably be paying for the work if it wasn't for her KUDOS STAPLES KUDOS!!!
