I have received word that the Provincial MLA's will be voting next Tuesday to decide if the thousands of photo radar tickets issued in construction zones, when construction crews were not present, will be reimbursed.  
 
I am one of the unlucky ones who received a ticket, paid the fine, but was going under the normal posted speed limit in that area when there were no construction crews present(on a weekend).  
 
I wrote off my complaints to our local MLA, and am hopeful that any other e-Brandoner's might do the same, if they too encountered this situation.  
 
I am all for safety first, but I am not pleased with being the victim of a cash grab by the government. Curious if anyone else get a fine??? Ours was $190....
