Lady driving little red car

This is to the lady who today Sunday July 12th was driving along #10 in a small red car. Yes you the one with the "Baby on Board" sign in the back window. Please try and remember that the area you passed us and the 2 other cars is a construction site. There is a big sign right where it starts that distinctly says " NO PASSING" but in even bigger letters! I don't know how you could have missed it. Oh yes I remember now you were exceeding the speed limit in the Construction Zone. You can go right ahead and risk your life to get to Brandon as fast as you can oh and the "baby on board" too. But please do not risk the lives of the construction workers or that of my husband and I, nor the other people you passed in a NO PASSING zone!! You do what you want to yourself but we have 4 kids and I would love to live to see grandchildren and not be killed because you had to get to Brandon before everyone else. PS next time I will get your plate number and report you!!
