1st and Kirkaldy crosswalk doesn't work?

I would like to let everyone know that at 1st and kirkcaldy the walk signs do not work!!!!
if you push the button it doesn't change and when the lights turn green for the cars to go the hand sign is still blinking...my suggestion is that is the mayor doesn't want the city empolyees mowing the boulvards then get them to take those extra hours and check the lights.
Then maybe people can cross SAFELY!
