Shape Foods Re-opens

The Shape Foods plant in Brandon is back in operation.
It closed last year after going bankrupt when no market was avialable for the flax products it produced.
CEO Jim Downey says they have potential customers and hope to have deals signed within a month.
Downey says they are now ramping up production
Downey says initial production will require about 50 tons of flax daily.
The plant will employ 15 to start and that could increase as production does.
