OH MY GOD!!! why do people not know how to drive??? I drive this route everyday at the busy time and people are going to get killed with the driving. if it not somone going 40 down richmond its somone pissed off passing them. go the speed limit its 90 down there not 40. I never see a cop down there at any time so these people feel free to do whatever speed limit. in the winter its even worse people weave in and out of traffic like its leap frog. this wouldn't be happening if everyone drove the freaking speed limit!!!!!!!!!!
