Bridge inspection on Sunday

Caught this PSA on Star. Quickly tried to find a link online with details, but wasn't able to so I'll try my best to summarize.
Apparently the 18th Street Daly Bridge (over the railway tracks) will be undergoing inspection this Sunday. Don't quote me on the hours, but I believe it was from 8 AM to 1 PM..
The bridge itself will be open, but you can expect delays when crossing.... ie if possible, try to use the 1st or 8th street bridges.
