Eastern access upgrades complete by fall 2011

Eastern Access upgrades have been a frequent topic of conversation on here in recent years.
The Province just completed a press conference relating to it, also just releasing the press release linked below.
From the press release:
The improvements and upgrades to the Brandon Eastern Access are a $28-million investment. This is the last leg of the project which includes work from PR 457 to the Trans-Canada Highway (PTH 1). This project will see an underpass constructed at the CP Rail crossing, a realignment of PR 457 at the new underpass and a new intersection at PTH 1. These improvements are scheduled for completion in 2011.
