NRG Signs buys out Richmond Signs??

I heard through the grapevine over the weekend that Richmond Signs has been sold to NRG Signs. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Good for NRG if it's legit.
I've used them in the past & they do awesome work, interesting to see if there's any truth to it?
