is this store is open? A relative had dropped off a clock to be repaired three weeks ago and has been unable to reach them so she can pick it up. She has called at various times over the past week, lunch time, at time of opening,etc. The phone is NEVER answered.  
 
Yes she does have a card for her clock from them before someone asks.  
 
When I went to check two days ago there were NO signs in front of the business but there was a Closed sign inside the store's glass door . This sign had with business hours of operation on it.  
 
Nothing saying the business was closed as in permanent closed. She tells me two of her 'friends' went down yesterday and there is a huge CLOSED sign in front of both entrances now.  
 
She is freaking out and I have no way of telling her they are still open as their phone remains unanswered.  
 
Does any one know if they are still open and when is the best time to get ahold of them to pick up repaired clocks????
