i am a single 18 year old mom looking to rent a house i am currently living with my mom in a small bedroom, i have a full time job and i am a very responible person, i am just having a hard time looking for a place for me and my daughter, it seem to me tht people wont rent out to younger people, and some people renting out places are really rude, for ex.  
 
*some people wont rent out to you if you have children  
 
*i called a guy yesterday to view the house but he wanted to come right away, my mom is the one that drives me and looks at houses with me but she also has a busy job, i wanst able to come view it cause she was caught up at work, he seemed fine with it and told me to call him the next morning at 10 am, so i called and said my name and all of a sudded he said i stood him up and he wouldnt rent to me anyway!! i was quite shocked at this point cause this guy seemed like a real nice guy and from the way he was talking to me the day before seemed like he was going to rent out for me,  
 
brandon housing is rediculas i am thinking on giving up but just wondering if anyone had any suggestions
