tv dish company can't get final bill straight

in April I gave this company the 30 day notice of ending my service with them. May 14 was cut off day.I got a bill May 13-Jun 12 saying I owned them the full month. I phoned and was told to wait until the following month to recieve the end bill. First I don't understand why they couldn't have sent me a correct bill as they had more then 40 days to figure it out.In June they sent me a bill for the 1 day plus charged me a late fee. I phoned them up and informed them that I was told to wait and that I was not going to pay the late fee.This woman talked with her superviser and I was given credit for the late fee.I paid for the 1 day. July was sent a bill telling me I still owned for the 1 day plus late fees, gave them a confrimation # and was told I didn't own anything.Aug bill comes and I have a $10.04 credit.Sept bill comes and I have a .18 credit. Its been 41/2 months since I had the service end, I phoned today and they don't send out cheques for anything less then $10. I can understand this, but if they had sent a proper bill then I won't have paid them more then I had to. I don't know what happened to the 10.04 credit and they don't know either.I guess this is a good way to make extra cash for the company.Watch your bills folks.
