Cost of basement prep for an RTM.

I am wondering if anyone knows the approximate cost for having a basement done for an RTM. Also, who do I get? I am shopping right now, and just dont know who to ask or where to go. I already have someone to dig the basement...
Also, does any one know the cost of a finished basement?
