34th and Victoria

Is it just me or does anyone else notice how badly in need we are of left turning arrows at 34th and Victoria when you are going west on Vic and wanting to turn south on 34th? You sometimes have to wait through 3 lights to turn left.
It's only for peak times they need it (it should be the kind that is on a sensor, if there's no traffic to turn left, then it's not necessary for the left arrow to come on at that time).
I've seen some people taking awful chances pulling out in front of oncoming traffic just to try to turn left at that light...
If you've noticed it to, any ideas on how to get the lights changed?
