Piano Teacher and Tuner

Hi, I am thinking of taking piano lessons. I was wondering if anyone knew of a piano teacher that teaches 24 year olds.. I know how to play the basics on the piano but would love to learn more. I was also looking for someone to tune my piano and look at it to see if there is anything wrong with it and to fix it. Please message me. thx
