Would you support a Brandon street market?

Per the CKLQ article below, one is being considered for downtown. Although in our part of the world, it would have to be a seasonal thing I personally think that if done right this sort of thing would be awesome. A great way to bring a bit more foot traffic to downtown streets...
If you do like the idea, what sorts of things would you like to see be available?
