I couldn't beleive me eyes this am when a cyclist on first and richmond walked his bike along a transit bus and the sidewalk and then proceeded to go south on first against the traffic. This was like at 7:40- in the am when it is still abit dark out. Cyclists always complain about the motorists so I thought I would complain about the cyclist. Correct me if I am wrong but do they not follow the rules of the road like motorists.
