Human Rights being taken too far, children today have no respect

Since Human Rights are being taught there are no longer rules, respect for oneself or another person, in children today. Why are the parents not teaching them to be good citizens. The foul mouthes, the bullying, the distruction of other people. Now they are also thinking that they can go around disobeying the law. For all the parents out there with children that are breaking the law, maybe it is time to set down and talk to your children. Take away the the computer, tv, etc. This is something else that has gone to far and can be quite disgraceful.
Where are the parents? Maybe it is time to pay attention as to where your children are and what are they doing.
