I have a problem with some of the employers in Brandon.  
 
First lets start with my employer. He is a fair man, but is the laziest person I have ever met. I mean he will sit at is computer with a heater on him playing on the computer. NOT WORkING, playing games. He doesnt use facebook or MSN, just plays card games or stuff like that. His TV is loud and you need to repeat things numerous times to get him to listen. Now I understand that he is the owner of the business, but I do have a problem when Im called from the back, to help a customer or sell something so he can sit there. Thing I do for that business, is help the customers, take their orders, handle the till when needed. Look up parts for their equipment and do the repairs. The wage he pays is poor, but he can buy realestate and other major purchases. It just gets me thinking that who puts that money into his bank. Its his staff. we do it all. Brandon is a cheap place to live, so why would I pay someone more he says. There are other jobs out there yes, maybe worse, maybe better. But lets be fair to say that Brandon is small enough that you cant jump from one job to the other. Does anyone out there have any lazy or employers that think just cause there are people out there to take the your job they can disrepsect their employees like this. This is just a small sample of things.
