Incident on Rosser Ave

So... theres a city bus and a moving van and a police car. Anybody know what happened? Doesn't seem to be a serious accident (no fire or ems, just one police car). Not sure if maybe one vehicle sideswiped the other (no front or rear damage on either vehicle that i can see)
Just curious to know if anyone knows what's goign on...
