Slow down when you see kids on the block

whenever you see children playing outside in their yards ....PLEASE slow down...on saturday my daughter was riding her bike and a white two door sped along my street probably at like 70 kms...thats very stupid of you...knowing that theres children playing on our block!!!SLOW DOWN!!!!!
