Buying locally

We are looking into switching our shopping habits and buying locally.
Does anyone have suggestions where you can buy locally grown fruits and vegetables as well as locally raised beef and poultry?
It doesn't have to be organic, but it must be a government inspected facility.
Also, are there any farmers markets in Brandon?
