This is not a real situation at all, just kind of curious...
... What kind of rights does a father have when a child is born of parents not in a relationship?
i always hear stories daily of deadbeat dads, but what rights do good fathers have when they are not in a relationship with the mother?? especially if he wants to be a big part of the childs life?
can a father not living with the mother ever get anything more than weekend visits and a bill for support?
