My friend and I were driving down to pick up some groceries at Superstore and were passing the tracks at the four-way. We were horrified when we looked over and saw a woman balancing a toy stroller with a baby ontop of another rickety stroller, and yet another stroller in her other hand. I kid you not. The child looked scared to death and was hanging on by a couple of wheels. I felt like pulling over and giving her word and would have had we not been in a stream of traffic. Has anyone else ever seen this before?
