Website for 2010 municipal election

I'm not sure how long this has been around, but came across the link below today.. a site dedicated specifically to the 2010 Brandon municipal election.
Currently there's info for voters, current and prospective candidates. I'd also take this as a very good sign that the City is looking at involving technology in this election like none previous to it.
One thing that's been mentioned is the current lack of declared candidates
