Bylaw for Hot Tub Owners?

Does anyone know off-hand if there is a bylaw specifically for hot tubs?
I searched the City of Brandon website and bylaws, but couldn't find anything. I even looked for the bylaw pertaining to above ground/in-ground pools, but wasn't able to find that either.
