Local Female Could Use Some Washboard Abs :)

So for the first time in my life, my new apartment does not have laundry! And since none of my friends have washboard abs
I need to find a laundromat!! (Unless YOU have washboard abs.....
Does anyone in use a laundromat? If so, which one? I'd like one that locks the machines so I can leave and come back. Do those even exist? And what is this going to cost? Do I need to bring change or are there change machines there?
