ok I know there is another discussion about tipping, but now I'm really confused. Please clarify this up for me. Who do I tip?  
Do I tip my waiter/waitress? Even if the service was horrible?  
I feel like I shouldn't if the waiter/waitress was just horrible and the service was just bad. If they are really snarkly towards me, why should I tip them. I just want to eat and I don't want my food thrown at me.  
What do you tip for bad service? What do you tip for good service?  
Do I tip my pizza delivery person?  
I feel like I don't have to tip them, unless the weather is crappy out I guess?? Do you people tip the pizza delivery people?  
Do I tip my hair stylist? I read in the other discussion that if I don't tip them, that they will give me a bad haircut next time, or worse cut off my ear, Now I'm scared. What if its a bad haircut do I still tip?  
It your stylist owns the salon, do I still tip?  
Do I tip my gas attendant? I thought that was there job to pump the gas, so now I have to tip them too?  
Do I have to tip my newspaper delivery person?  
Do I tip the person who opened my beer at the bar?  
Do I tip the person at the beer vendor?  
Do I tip the cab driver for driving me home?  
I am soooo confused and I'm alittle broke now. I just don't want to be known as Mrs. Cheapo!  
Perhaps I'll just stay home and get delivery...oh great I gotta tip again...grrr where does it stop?
