8th street north..what happened?

just looked out my window 15 mins. ago and there was an ambulance, fire truck and another fire truck. they were helping someone on the ground at the side entrance to the McKenzie Seeds building. The rescue vehicles left and 2 police vehicles were there. Just wondered if anyone knows what happened.
