Electrical fire on 13th???????

Hey anyone know whats happening on the 400 block of 13th St?? They have it blocked off, and took two siamese cats into a unit. And manitoba hydro went into the house....maybe an electrical fire?? It looked like the fire dept had the big fans inside the house.....i hope everyone's ok. When the boyfriend & I walked up, they were checking the scared kitties out and they just seem freaked out.....
