Old city truck with flowers planted in bed

East on Richmond Ave beside the public works building. The truck is a 1939 International. Normally it's just parked behind public works or parked in the Parks Dept. yard, so it nice to see it out.
Kudos to the gals in the greenhouse who put the display together!!
I will post some pictures in a bit.
