Found a dog!!!!

Last night after the fireworks ended there was a dog roaming around Dinsdale park. We gave him some water and tried to call the owner, but there was no answer. The dog appeared to be a Blue Healer or a Sheperd of some type. He was just a young pup. His tag also had his name, Pepper.
We had to leave him at the park, so if anyone is looking for a dog that is the last we saw of him.
