Just heard about an alleged gang attack on a teenage girl somewhere between Pacific and Assiniboine Ave last night. The victim is in very serious condition and had to be taken to the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg.  
 
Whether or not they're for-sure connected to gang activity...Based on some of the things that have happened over the last few weeks (Taxi stolen & driven into the river, break in at Union Shoe store and an object thrown through the window of a large prominent business in the area) it appears we have a very serious after-dark problem on the Eastern part of Rosser/Pacific leading across the 8th st Bridge/tracks toward Assinibione Ave/The Discovery Centre that at this point only seems to be getting worse
