what happened tonight on rosser ave?

It was around 730pm. There was Police Cars and Ambluances. IT was on Rosser Ave, By Scotia bank? Im pretty sure. There was a girl on the bench, crying. and People were trying to comfort her, making sure shes okay. Did Something bad happened? And Poor girl, There was like 20 people outside, just watching her .... and The whole Situation.
How awkward.
Did anyone know or drove by tonight
