Outdoor Water Park

My family and I came back from a day in Souris at the Lovely new waterpark.
Now my Question is :
Why does Brandon NOT have one?
We don't have enough here for the kids to do.
(Hence the joining of gangs and oh yeah potshots at buildings!)
I saw many families from Brandon 7 in total and many teens.
Whose backside do we need to kick to get some commonsense planning done?
