The 4th Annual Lieutenant Governor's Winter Festival will be held on February 1, 2 &3, 2007. There will be 14 pavilions this year including...Polish, Ukrainian, Metis, Icelandic, French Canadian, English, First Nation's, Irish, German, Belgian, Philippine, Global Village, Scottish and Salvadorian. We have lost the Mexican this year but have added the French Canadian and English. No entry fee, all you pay is for the food and drink you consume. The Opening Ceremonies this year will be at the Irish Pavilion on February 1st starting at 5:30pm. Manitoba Public Insurance, CKX Television and Brandon Transit have teamed up to provide the free shuttle from pavilion to pavilion on a half hour basis for both disabled and abled body people.
