Okay to start off with in about feb we had a water leak in our bathroom, so they thought it was the tile. Hired an idiot to fix it, which only took about 7 weeks. So the new bathroom looks like shit and still a leak. This is now Aug another new bathroom with a new tub. Plumbers were great, did a bang up job. The tile guys... well came and went as they wanted. They would say be back on this day at this time and yet another week goes by no tiles no shower. Now i am f'ing mad. So yet another call to the land lord. Okay they do a half ass job. I turn on the shower it leaks all over. No Teflon tape on it. So i fixed it myself. Tonight I go for a shower get done, turn it off and the water line on the shitter blows. Of course the tap is seized. Pissed off yes! And all through this my poor wife is pregnant climbing in and out of a tub. Am i asking too much but F them we have been cleaning up after contractors for 7 months. I want an adjustment to my rent. Am I out of line? P.S. I know my way around plumbing and tile work.
